Charred material scraped from the interior of a Middle Woodland vessel from the 110 West Block at the Sias East site produced a C-14 date that calibrates to 380 A.D. with a 2-sigma age range of 250-420 A.D. This date has not yet been published.
This vessel has a plain upper rim with a plain body (though there are traces of heavily smoothed cordmarks on some sherds). Decoration consists of deeply impressed exterior punctates that raise nodes or bosses on the interior.
