20MD534 CERAMICS

Several fragments of softpaste earthenwares have been recovered from 20MD534.  These include monochrome blue handpainted (2 fragments in top row on left), blue edge (top row second from right), and polychrome handpainted (top row right).  The bottom row illustrates plain white fragments.  These ceramics were made in Great Britain  and the vessel forms appear to be cups and saucers.

Fragments of stoneware and redware have also been recovered from the site.  These likely come from jugs and may have been manufactured in the United States.
